- Mr. Smith has provided the management leadership for the world’s two largest Smart Card projects in the transport sector; both projects have been considered eminent successes by the Government, Clients and Patrons in Hong Kong and Singapore.

- Knowledgeable with dealings with governments at ministerial level and industry at Board /CEO level.
- Highly experienced in Project Management in a variety of fields from Smart Cards, to Gas Platforms, Refinery Construction and other heavy industries requiring complex technology application.
- Proven Track record in Project Management on technology projects greater than $100M USD
- Experienced in all phases from pre-sales, development, delivery, operations and maintenance.
- Has extensive international experience including the last 9 years in Asia, with exposure to both Europe and the America’s during this period.
